A collection of 43 recordings of Live Yoga Nidra sessions from a 1 year period, October 2022 to November 2023. Note that while the audio quality is always acceptable, as live recordings there are occasional impromptu sounds or movements, sometimes the Nidra session is part of a longer class which may be referred to.
